Who we are

Ghoul Vault is an independent online shop specialising in authentic Monster High dolls. We source Creeproduction, Skulltimate Secrets, G3 Core, and collector-edition dolls and ship them directly to collectors around the world. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mattel, Inc. Monster High and all character names are trademarks of Mattel, Inc.

What we sell

Every doll we list is an authentic Mattel product — sourced new in box and inspected before shipping. Our inventory covers current Creeproduction waves, Skulltimate Secrets sets, G3 Core releases, and harder-to-find collector pieces. Stock levels update in real time: if a doll shows as available, it's in hand and ready to ship.

How we operate

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay with 3-D Secure authentication. We accept Apple Pay and all major international credit and debit cards, charged in USD. Every order is packed carefully and sent with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel right to the door.

We ship to over 100 countries. You can choose Standard (approx. 28 days), Express (approx. 20 days), or DHL Express International (approx. 14 days) at checkout.
