What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email, phone number, and shipping address. That's it — we only ask for what we need to ship your doll and keep you updated.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Razorpay, with 3-D Secure authentication. We never see or store your full card details — those stay with the payment processor. See Razorpay's own privacy policy for how they handle your payment information.
How we use it
We use your details only to process and ship your order, send order and tracking updates, and respond if you contact us. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
