All sales are final

We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Each doll is imported directly from the manufacturer in Indonesia and shipped straight to your address, so we're unable to take items back once an order is placed.

Before you buy

Please review your order carefully — the doll, the quantity, and your shipping address — before completing payment. If anything is unclear, contact us first and we'll gladly answer questions.

Damaged or wrong item

We pack every order carefully. In the rare case your parcel arrives damaged or you received the wrong doll, get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos, and we'll work with you to make it right.
